The End...

...well not really. Whenever one door closes, another door opens. We've all discovered that most everyone is a life-long learner whether they like it or not. So just because I've reached the end of Learning 2.0, its not the end of my online journey. I might consider participating in another program like this if I could truly do it at my own pace. I felt way to pressed for time to spend really exploring these applications this go around.

At this point in my life, Flickr is the one that is most useful to me, with LibraryThing coming in second. I'm not sure I'll ever have a use for Bloglines and RSS feeds, but its good to know that there out there in case I do.

All in all, I'm glad that we did this because I wouldn't have known that most of this stuff is out there. In the future I'll have to be more aware of what's going on, on the web since it isn't going away anytime soon.

  1. Right, it's interesting that this is to be 'at your own pace' but we had deadlines b/c of class - i'm not sure it would truly work without some sort of deadlines or incentives to keep going and finish it - what do you think?

  3. I'll jump on the agreeing with you bandwagon. Learning, really learning - not just coping with new stuff because it's the latest thing or your job requires it - is a real privilege. One of the best lessons I'm taking away from this 'sperience is that it matters to go slow and be certain before you go forward in the ethernet (and, probably elsewhere as well).
